My client is a well established corporate insurance brokers and risk management consultants, they require a senior account broker. This role covers all commercial classes of insurance up to premiums of £300k and there is a mix of accounts including international. My client is happy to consider a broker in a team leader role.
Main objectives:
-To service the insurance requirements of an agreed portfolio of clients and to ensure that their insurance and administrative needs are fully met.
-To promptly act upon instructions given by the relevant account executive, and also liaise with the claims broker.
-To ensure that commission levels are the maximum available and where fees are charged that the commission is deducted from the gross premium for invoicing purpose.
-To maintain an effective diary system for all required aspects including, but not restricted to:
Motor insurance cover notes and certificates
Employer’s liability certificates
Policy anniversary and renewal dates
Summaries of discussion
